We are launching a Scarecrow trail with support from Channels CIC, The Land Trust and Beaulieu Community Centre.
It’s time to get your thinking caps on and follow the guide of how to make your Scarecrow to put in your front garden for all to see!
How to get involved:
1. Register your entry by filling in the registration form by 20th October found below. Paper copies are available in the Beaulieu Community Centre (only CGCC residents/businesses/groups are eligible to register)
2. Make your Scarecrow
3. Put your Scarecrow out first thing on the 28th of October and send a photo to: julie@chelmsfordgardencommunitycouncil.gov.uk
4. A Trail Map will be put on our website and in Beaulieu Community Centre from 28th October so you can see all the registered Scarecrows in the area.
5. Photographs of all registered entries will be loaded on to a Facebook/Instagram post and you will all be able to vote for your favourite. You can also vote by hand in Beaulieu Community Centre. There will be a deadline for voting announced on social media.
6. The winner will be announced!
GOOD LUCK!
