Kuldeep has provided the following information for residents:

An IT Consultant, Entrepreneur, active volunteer for various community programs and have been part of
number of school governing bodies and Charity Boards, most recently as Community Governor for
Tyrrells primary school, Chelmsford.

I enjoy living in this beautiful place of Beaulieu and Channels and honoured to be part the of new
Chelmsford Garden Community Council Team. I look forward representing and serving as one of your
ward councillors to create a safe and welcoming neighbourhood.

Safety is priority. Will actively engage with council team colleagues, where community council can
identify areas of potential risk, provide support, make policies, and look for opportunities to work
with Essex Police and Essex Neighbourhood Watch Association but not limited to.

Key areas, along with preserving the vast garden landscapes which gives us a unique identity, I will
stand for Strengthening Arts, Sports and Community opportunities and resources available locally for
our growing kids and Youth to keep them engaged.

With lots of future development and planning around our area, where community council has a say,
will work with council colleagues for relevant growth in services where enough leisure and business
spaces are provided and delivered timely.

I believe and stand for people coming together as community acknowledging cultural, economic
differences and responsibly sharing strengths which makes it lively and enjoyable. Will work with
other councillors, to make our Chelmsford Garden Community council represent and bring balance in
communities with respecting each other values which is an essential element of our lives in Modern
Britain.

It would be nice to know more of you residents, if we cross our paths while out and about, feel free
to share a smile.
