The Integrated Care System (ICS) is a new partnership between the organisations that meet health and care needs across mid and south Essex. The ICS is a partnership of primary care, hospital, social care, mental health, community health and voluntary services. It plans and delivers joined up services to improve access and quality and to reduce health inequalities.
