Vexatious Complainant policy

Chelmsford Garden Community Council wishes to be transparent in its processes and welcomes engagement with its residents.   It also has a complaints policy that is open to members of the public to use.

However, whilst allowing the expression of views and opinions, it also appreciates that there are occasions where employees and Councillors need to be protected against  behaviour which is persistent and vexatious and so it has adopted a vexatious complainant policy which you can view on this page.  This Council will always try and act in a fair way as reflected in the policy.
