- Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer at Meeting Room D, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE between the hours of 10am and 4pm on any working day after the date of this notice (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Tuesday 30th May 2023.
- Forms of nomination for Parish tier Elections may be obtained at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE between the hours of 10am and 4pm from the Returning Officer.
- If any election is contested the poll will take place on Monday, 26th June 2023.
- Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Thursday 8th June 2023. Applications can be made online: www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
- Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE by 5pm on Friday, 9th June 2023.
- New applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Electors Document valid for this election for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE by 5pm on Friday, 16th June 2023.
- New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE by 5pm on Friday, 16th June 2023.
- New applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE by 5pm on Monday, 26th June 2023.
