The City Council has confirmed that three of the four Chelmsford Garden Community Council Wards will have uncontested elections as per the notices below. One person in each of the South & South-East Wards have been duly elected however no one has put themselves forward in the East Ward so there will not be an election but the City Council will have a by-election within 35 days of the election on 4th May.
As such two of the potential eight councillor seats across the three wards have been filled.
