Each year, Chelmsford Garden Community Council organises a Parish Assembly. This is not a formal meeting of this Council but a meeting for all electors to provide residents with an opportunity to find out what the Council has undertaken in the past 12 months. This Council has organised the meetings to also enable local groups to spread the word to residents about what they can offer to the Community.
