Inaugural Council Meeting

The inaugural Chelmsford Garden Community Council meeting will be held in The Heath Room at Beaulieu Community Centre. The meeting will be held in public but it will NOT be a public meeting, and as such there will be no public forum. The meeting will cover governance and agenda items for councillors only.
