A number of reports have been received from residents regarding concerns relating to fly posting in the area. Chelmsford Garden Community Council has enquired with Chelmsford City Council and has been advised that there is a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in place for the entire Chelmsford District including our area and that it applies not only to public land but private land as well if the landowner has not provide written consent.
