Neil has provided the following information for residents:

My family and I moved to Chelmsford from Nottingham in 2017 shortly after my son was born, and we’ve loved living here ever since.  There genuinely feels a sense of community within Beaulieu and Channels.

I take a keen interest in preserving our green spaces and ensuring there is adequate facilities for the local population, and in particular our younger population who thrive in outdoor spaces such as parks and woodland areas.

I have worked in the NHS for over 15 years and enjoy it immensely, as again it gives me an opportunity to serve my community.

I feel immensely privileged and proud to be East Ward councillor and I hope I can work to make a real difference to my community and be a voice to those who need it.

You will often see me taking a late afternoon walk before collecting kids from school, so please do say Hello!
